SuperAwesome CEO Dylan Collins tells WIT Strategy Partner Bill Brazell that as 10-year-olds become the unofficial CTOs of their households, and influence parental purchases, electronics and auto advertisers have begun to aim ads at them. Advertisers can’t use cookies or any kind of profiling on kids under 13, though — and that protected group is starting to expand. Delaware announced a month ago that it will expand some aspects of that protection to the age of 18. Data privacy, Collins says, will define a lot of careers.
